Seed Paper - Morning Glory
These plantable seed papers are made with Grandpa Ott's Morning Glory seeds harvested from Kayla's garden. These have a deep, rich purple hue and make a lovely gift!
She starts her morning glories inside, a few weeks before the last frost, but can be sown directly outdoors after the last frost. They like plenty of drainage, water, and sunshine. To start your seeds indoors, soak the seed paper for at least 24 hours or keep soaking it until the seeds have grown some baby roots. The seeds aren't meant to be drowning, but moist. You can then move the seeds or seedlings to a small 4 inch pot with potting soil. Water daily or when soil becomes dry. The can be transplanted into the ground after the last frost.
After seeds papers are planted, water when soil gets dry. These flowers absolutely love sun and water and will climb just about anything.
Hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees love these flowers! They climb quickly up a trellis, mailbox, or anything they can grab onto!
Each 'set' comes in a butterfly envelope stamped and hand carved by Kayla, with instructions attached by thread. Choose from sets of 1, 3, 6.
50 cents per seed paper is donated to Safe N Sound.
